Rajan Vadgama (RV)

I’m Rajan Vadgama (RV) — an explorer of technology and human connection. I lead with optimism, work with intention, and find balance in moments of silence and reflection that keep me grounded in an ever-evolving digital world.

As the founder of GoCinico and Span Coders, I focus on crafting digital ecosystems that empower businesses — from custom CRMs and ERPs to intelligent websites that simplify operations, enhance productivity, and drive meaningful growth.

With over a decade of experience and collaborations across 10+ startups and MVPs worldwide, I’ve learned that technology isn’t just about writing code — it’s about solving real problems with empathy, innovation, and purpose. I believe true success comes from aligning passion with impact and creating with joy at every step.

What I do @ GOCINICO & Span Coders

I focus on building long-term value — not just one-time projects. Most of my business thrives through recurring partnerships, strong networks, and meaningful referrals that grow organically from trust and results.

I help businesses simplify their processes through custom digital solutions — from CRMs and ERPs to SaaS and automation tools — that make everyday operations smarter, faster, and more connected.

For me, success lies in relationships that last and work that speaks for itself. Every project is a chance to deliver value that multiplies — for my clients, my team, and the ecosystem we build together.

I constantly inspire and motivate my employees and colleagues to boost their creativity, explore new ideas, and keep learning. I actively involve them with clients so they can gain real-world insights, improve communication, and grow both professionally and personally.

RV's Life Journey

I was born in Rajkot, Gujarat, in a middle-class family rooted in strong values and resilience. Life wasn’t always smooth — my father, the backbone of our family, faced immense challenges, from financial disputes among relatives to surviving cancer. Yet, his determination never wavered. He believed in me so deeply that he took on debt to send me to Australia for my master’s degree — a sacrifice that shaped who I am today.

To ease his burden, I started working early — repairing computers and taking call center jobs while in college to cover my daily expenses. Like every middle-class boy with a dream, I wanted to go abroad, study hard, and build a better life. In 2015, I moved to Melbourne, Australia, to pursue my Master’s in Networking at Charles Sturt University (CSU).

After completing my degree, I began questioning my path. I realized I didn’t just want to live abroad — I wanted to create something of my own. So, in late 2019, I returned to India, ready to start fresh. My first step was working as an IT Sales and Business Development Manager to understand the Indian IT landscape after five years away.

I’ll always be thankful to XtremUX Canada Inc., where I learned the art of sales — how to connect with people, identify needs, and build relationships that turn into lasting partnerships. Those lessons became the foundation of everything I do today.

Then came COVID-19, and like many others, I suddenly found myself without a job. But instead of slowing down, I decided to start my own journey — to take all that I had learned and build something from scratch. With just my phone, a laptop, and a lot of belief, I began reaching out to prospects — pitching what I could do differently, what I could do better Within a week, I converted two clients — and that’s how GoCinico was born. What started as a small initiative from my home quickly turned into a full-fledged IT company, powered by trust, passion, and purpose.

Today, when I look back, I see not just a journey of growth but of gratitude — for my family’s sacrifices, for the challenges that shaped me, and for the courage that pushed me to build something meaningful from the ground up.
