Over the past few months, I’ve been doing three big things at once:
Managing a fast-moving tech company where AI is an essential tool to fight and learn with,
Building my new home (with my and my wife’s lifelong savings), and
Building a healthier version of myself.
It sounds chaotic — but balance comes from rhythm, not perfection.
Here’s my current rhythm:
Morning: 2 hours for myself — reading, writing kidnle/blogs, and generating new ideas that focuses to learn my own-self.
Daytime: Focused work sessions with clear blocks for my team and everyday 2 hours of visit at my newly developing dream home.
Evening: Quality time with my wife — at least 30 minutes of conversation, no screens allowed.
Building a home has been a reflection of how I build systems: every wire, tile, and cabinet represents a choice between speed and sustainability. And every day, me and my wife remind ourselves that personal growth is as much a project as professional success.
There’s a special joy in designing your own space while still leading your people and projects — it teaches you patience, precision, and gratitude at once.
Balance isn’t about splitting time — it’s about assigning meaning to each hour you live.
